It’s kind of nice to see huge sponsors supporting the blog industry. I hope to see that one day in the Philippines.
The event was flocked with people, which is a good thing since we were outside. There was a photo booth at the back with various signs for picture taking. They also served food for anyone who might get hungry along the way.
As an annual event held by OMY.SG, it seems as if every year their events keep getting better and better. In order to celebrate the blogging industry, the Singapore Blog Awards 2012 was held on July 21, at the Singapore Food Trail, just near the Singapore Flyer. Now at it’s 5th year with a theme of “Super Bloggers, Attack!”, guests were invited to come along in a superhero costume.

And unexpectedly, our very own Joker won for his costume!

Nothing like a little Filipino pride amidst all the Singaporeans. LOL.
Nah, it was really his costume. I really admire him for his confidence in wearing Joker. We had to take a taxi back to his hotel because he felt too shy to walk around. But he did ride the Singapore Flyer with his costume. It was awesome!
Congratulations to all the winners!
